Warehousing

Warehousing (IQAG General Warehousing):
We offer an array of logistical services that seek to optimize our client’s supply chain. With this we obtained speed and flexibility in our operations, compliance with the safety and environmental requirements, competitive costs, nationwide logistics through our infrastructures – Distribution Centers in Guarulhos/ SP, Mauá/ SP, Simões Filho/ BA, Duque de Caxias/ RJ and Canoas/ RS – as well as partnerships with port terminals and shipment companies trained to operate chemical products.
Warehousing of Bulk Products (IQAG General Warehousing):
Packing liquid bulk in carbon or stainless steel tanks, complying with the operational safety and environmental requirements: Containment basin made of structural concrete, pressure and vacuum valves, inerting tanks for flammable products, among others.
Warehousing of Packaged Products (IQAG General Warehousing):
Storage and handling of chemical products, cosmetic and pharmaceutical inputs, with a vertical infrastructure, warehouse management system (WMS) and bar code tracking. Includes receiving areas, cargo consolidation and expedition with lowered and level docks:
  • Labeling;
  • Billing;
  • Pelletization;
  • Separation;
  • Inventory control;
  • Container unloading;
  • Logistics Operations Management;
  • Room and controlled temperature.
Blending
services, formula development, and “Taylor Made” product preparation.
Filling
Automated operation to fill packages, with the flexibility to handle 50 to 1000 liter volumes.
Fractioning
Fractioning service for liquids, semisolids, and solids, and for various special chemical products and inputs such as cosmetic raw materials, in compliance with rigorous standards of hygiene and cleanliness, in accordance with the current legislation.
Chemical Analyse quantiQ has a complete laboratory infrastructure and trained and able professionals to meet the needs of our clients in regards to chemical analyses, including:

Infrastructure for Industrial Complex

The Guarulhos Distribution Center also includes an area specifically for an Industrial Complex: a space licensed for chemical activities, operational and administrative infrastructure, as well as the utilities for the installation of non complex processes and/or suppliers (vapor, water, nitrogen, etc.)

The activity that becomes installed in the complex makes it easy to integrate their processes with those that exist in the DC: receiving products, bulk and packaged warehousing, blending, filling, loading and unloading trucks, chemical analyses, logistical and environmental services.
